Coal Tattoo Studio started as a vision where the founder, Jajan, recognized that offering a wide range of tattoo designs and styles made it difficult for artists to build a unique identity. Realizing the importance of specialization, he eventually teamed up with Jaeger, and decided to focus on perfecting the fundamentals of tattooing—fine lines, shades, light, values, and every aspect of microrealism.
