Over a year later and no goblins or ghouls have yet poked their fingers from the dirt of New Orleans City Park to resurrect this spooky Louisiana music festival. This hiatus came to the surprise of many fans who expected the New Orleans favorite to return as COVID mitigation measures were lifted.
