Goetz Collection An internationally significant collection of contemporary art located in Munich. Founded in by the collector Ingvild Goetz, the collection now includes more than 5 works from almost all artistic genres — with the main areas of focus being Arte Povera, American paintings of the s, Young British Artists, media art, photography and works on paper.

Since then, Goetz Collection has presented works from the collection to the public in changing and curated exhibitions. In addition to these exhibitions, the collection is also engaged in more than fifty cooperation exhibitions with other institutions worldwide. To ensure the continued existence of the Goetz Collection, in Ingvild Goetz donated a significant portion of her media art collection and the gallery building to the Free State of Bavaria, which continues to use it as an exhibition space for contemporary art.
